• The Vendor's liability for any defect in the goods is limited to the purchase price of those goods.
• If goods are returned, the Vendor may repair, replace, or refund at their discretion.
• The Vendor shall not be responsible for damage if goods are:
  • Fitted by unqualified tradespersons
  • Not fitted to good trade standard
  • Adapted for unintended use
  • Repaired with non-approved components
• No liability for direct, indirect, or consequential injury, loss, or damage.
